The Operations Co-op position exists as a developmental support position for our manufacturing operations teams. The position will be involved in day-to-day process engineering support activities and also be responsible for completing 1-2 larger, long-term projects which will be defined at the beginning of the co-op rotation. 

The Management Trainee Program is a non-rotational program that develops leaders who will drive the future of our organization. It’s a paid, full-time program for recent graduates with less than four years of professional work experience. Forge is looking for talented hardworking individuals to train and hire as Carpentry Apprentices. They offer a paid, 12-week, training program focused on preparing you to join their team as a Carpentry Apprentice in one of their main service lines: window and door replacement, cabinet resurfacing, closet installation, deck remodeling and other services. Their training is open to those with and without carpentry experience.

Reporting to the Staff Project Manager, Sales and Service Training, the Training Project Manager, Intern will oversee project management for training initiatives within Tesla Sales, Service, Delivery and Collision business units.  

The Manufacturing Management Trainee, under the general direction of a Plant Manager and Director of Manufacturing, learns the basics of our business, our processes and procedures so they are capable and willing to lead one of our manufacturing plants within a 6 to 24 month period. 

This is a three to four month assignment where you will assist a Project Team with the management, field construction activities and documentation of a project. 

The primary purpose of the Chemical Plant Trainee's position is to learn and perform all assigned tasks, including but not limited to, the safe and efficient operation of Chemical Plant equipment to produce resin and other chemicals to required specifications.  

The role will provide a wide range of human resources activities including HRIS data maintenance, recruitment and talent management, performance management, employee development and training, policy development and administration, time and attendance payroll support, benefits and rewards program administration and general employee and management relations.
