The Manufacturing Management Trainee, under the general direction of a Plant Manager and Director of Manufacturing, learns the basics of our business, our processes and procedures so they are capable and willing to lead one of our manufacturing plants within a 6 to 24 month period.

The primary purpose of the Chemical Plant Trainee's position is to learn and perform all assigned tasks, including but not limited to, the safe and efficient operation of Chemical Plant equipment to produce resin and other chemicals to required specifications.
The role will provide a wide range of human resources activities including HRIS data maintenance, recruitment and talent management, performance management, employee development and training, policy development and administration, time and attendance payroll support, benefits and rewards program administration and general employee and management relations.
